Chad of ChadDoesDesign just finished the Stay Mypsace which features some of the CD Packaging artwork I did for the band. I was really stoked to see how the art was transformed with the cool flash work in the header. Check it out on Stay’s Myspace.
Time to unveil the hidden truth. I am a nerd. I’ve been collecting comics since I was old enough to ride my bike to the local comic shop. I still get just as excited about the artwork, compulsive collecting, and of coarse… the stories are great too. I’m a huge Charles Burns fan and wanted to check out some of the older horror and science fiction comic books that inspired him. Needless to say, I’m enjoying them a lot! The older stuff from EC, Charlton, Marvel and DC are amazing. I didn’t waste any time to pop the EC archive re-prints on my Christmas list this year!
